Sizing was tough but appreciated the help

I received my shirt very promptly which I appreciated it, but when I tried it on it was much too small. I based my size decision on the best info that was provided by the site and from reading all the customer reviews related to sizing. I'm 5'11" and 160 lbs. which indicated I should wear a Medium. I'd prefer that they provide actual measurement for sizes rather than Small, Medium, Large, etc. My hope was that the shirt would fit so I could wear it for the holidays but a return is necessary. When I contacted the company about the need to return and the disappointment I had about the shipping cost to return and the $5 restocking fee, I'm pleased to say that the company was very responsive and understanding and is in the process of helping me with the return and even offered to make it easier to exchange if desired. I might also add that even though the fit was quite right, the material was of very high quality and just as described.
